GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Prices are net: taxes and services included except tourist tax (1.10€/person/day). Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Upon confirmation, please provide the exact dates of your stay (arrival and departure). After eight days, without a deposit, your reservation cannot be guaranteed.
Accommodation charges are payable weekly. Only small pets are allowed on request in certain rooms (Sup 10€/day, excluding food). Pets are strictly forbidden in the restaurant.
Half-board rate: -10€ per person per day on full-board rate.
Dietary catering is provided following medical prescription and in compliance with the dietary label.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No reservation will be guaranteed without a deposit attached to the reservation request (30% of the amount of the stay).
Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit, representing 30% of the reservation (non-refundable), can be transferred to another stay during the same season.
The said stay must be strictly identical to the initial stay (duration, type of room subject to availability of the establishment, and number of people).
Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit, representing 30% of the reservation, will be due and retained by the establishment.
Less than 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be due.
To avoid these fees, the subscription of a Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
